Terms and Conditions

1. All artwork and designs are copyright.

 

2. We will not share your information with any third party.

 

3. All order forms need to be accompanied by a 50% deposit. The deposit is

non-refundable. We will contact you when your order is ready and full payment

will be required before dispatch. Payment of the deposit is seen as

acceptance of the terms and conditions. 

 

4. Postage and packaging will be invoiced seperately, to be paid before

 dispatch. As a guide, order of 50 items and under will be charged £10, and

orders of more at £15. This is subject to change. Orders will be delivered by

Royal Mail Special Delivery. 

 

5. All products are handmade and the client accepts there may be slight

variations between products. The images shown on this website are

reproductions, and whilst every effort is made, we do not guarantee an exact

colour match. 

 

6. It is the responsibility of the client to provide signed and word-processed

 information for all personalised stationery ordered, including guest names and

 addresses.

 

7. It is the responsibility of the client to proof read any text prior to printing.

Proofs must be signed and returned by post, or confirmation sent by email.

Once printing has commenced, all alterations will incur an extra charge. 

 

8. The client is responsible for ensuring that any material (such as hymns and

poems) they ask us to include do not breach any copyright restrictions.
